Who we are
The Founder
Dr. Majid Moridani is a CLIA Board-Certified Laboratory Director with a board certification as Clinical Chemist from American Board of Clinical Chemistry DABCC, with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and PharmD degree. Dr. Moridani is a Clinical Chemist and Toxicologist with extensive experience in method development, quality management, operational efficiency, and laboratory automation. Dr. Moridani has worked in both small and large independent laboratories, including academic centers at Texas Tech and the Medical College of Wisconsin, as well as a 500-bed hospital. Dr. Moridani has also served as a lab director at Labcorp, where he oversaw operations, regulatory compliance, and technical aspects a large clinical laboratory. He has vast experience with CLIA, COLA, CAP, and New York Department of Health compliance and accreditation.

- Planned and directed production, research, and validation.
- Overseen reagent manufacturing for LDT tests.
- Maintained a safe working environment for staff.
- Provided staff management and education.
- Ensured personnel had documented training and experience.
- Selecting equipment and supplies for quality and test validation.
